Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund!
All orders are packed with care and usually ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer—feel free to reach out for updates.
I use eco-friendly or recycled packaging whenever possible to minimize waste and protect your artwork.
